AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTIES OWNED BY CARROLL H. ROE AND NANCY R. GIBSON LOCATED ON FINLEY AVENUE AND AT 709 NORTH MAIN STREET FROM R-12 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO C-3 (HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL).

Executive Summary:

Ordinance Number 2-2016 is a rezoning request for a property located at Finley Avenue and 709 N. Main Street requesting a zoning classification of C-3, Highway Commercial District for 2.32 acres, a portion of 4.94 acres, to construct a restaurant.

The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 11, 2016 for the zoning of this parcel. The Planning Commission motioned to approve.
