Ordinance Number 4-2016 is an annexation and zoning request for property located at the Southwest corner of Genoble & Robinson Road that is requesting a zoning classification I-1, Industrial, containing 12.71 acres, with the purpose to increase Velocity Industrial Park. The subject property is currently contains a single family dwelling

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 15, 2016 for the zoning of this parcel.
