Executive Summary:

Ordinance Number 3-2016 is an annexation and zoning request for property located near the Southeast corner of South Buncombe Road and Lancaster Drive that is requesting a zoning classification C-3, Commercial containing 3.388 acres, with the purpose to construct mini warehouses. The subject property is currently contains a parking area for an equipment rental company.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 15, 2016 for the zoning of this parcel.
